Refund and Return Policy

Consumer Cancellations and Returns

UK consumers have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving goods. Cancellations do not apply to custom-cut items, installed goods, opened hazardous goods, or bulk orders. Refunds exclude delivery costs.

Business-to-Business (B2B) Cancellations

B2B customers have no 14-day cancellation right. Cancellations within 3 business days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Credit is offered at our discretion and may include credit checks.

Delivery Inspection

You must inspect goods upon arrival and report damage or discrepancies within 48 hours. Risk passes to you upon delivery.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Notify us within 7 days of delivery for obvious faults or 30 days for latent defects. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction.

Product Warranties

Products may carry manufacturer warranties limited to manufacturer defects and material faults. EPMS Supplies provides products as described but makes no warranties beyond them being genuine, matching the description, and free from hidden defects at point of delivery.

Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Contact us at webstore@epms-supplies.co.uk or 0300 124 6990. We will acknowledge complaints within 5 business days and respond within 30 days. If unresolved, consumers may use Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services.
