These Terms apply to all B2C (consumer) and B2B (business) customers accessing our website and purchasing products from EPMS Supplies Ltd.

Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website lawfully and only for legitimate purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or engage in illegal activity. We do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access.

Products and Product Information

We aim to ensure all product information is accurate, but errors may occur. Building and construction supplies carry specific risks and regulatory requirements. You are responsible for verifying that products are suitable for your intended use and comply with applicable building regulations and health and safety laws.

Availability and Stock

All products are subject to availability. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend orders if stock is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, payment fails, or delivery information is incomplete.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer (by arrangement).

Product Warranties and Guarantees

Products may carry manufacturer warranties limited to manufacturer defects and material faults. EPMS Supplies provides products as described but makes no warranties beyond them being genuine, matching the description, and free from hidden defects at point of delivery.

Delivery and Risk

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Risk passes to you upon delivery. You must inspect goods upon arrival and report damage or discrepancies within 48 hours. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Cancellations and Returns

UK consumers have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving goods. Cancellations do not apply to custom-cut items, installed goods, opened hazardous goods, or bulk orders. Refunds exclude delivery costs.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Notify us within 7 days of delivery for obvious faults or 30 days for latent defects. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of EPMS Supplies Ltd or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal use but cannot copy, reproduce, or use content without permission.

Liability and Limitations

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product or £500. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or third-party losses. You acknowledge that building products carry inherent risks, and we are not liable for structural failure, safety issues from incorrect selection, or property damage.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, government actions, strikes). Delivery times may be extended or orders cancelled without penalty.

Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Contact us at webstore@epms-supplies.co.uk or 0300 124 6990. We will acknowledge complaints within 5 business days and respond within 30 days. If unresolved, consumers may use Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services.

Business-to-Business (B2B) Terms

B2B customers have no 14-day cancellation right. Cancellations within 3 business days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Credit is offered at our discretion and may include credit checks.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EPMS Supplies.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will be posted on our website. Your continued use implies acceptance of updated Terms.
